ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB

Overview

Indo Global College of Engineering has formed entrepreneurship club which will help students to turn their ideas and passions into businesses. It will help to develop future business leaders. Goal of this club conduct relevant events and activities of entrepreneurship. It will benefit and develop aspiring entrepreneurs as it will act as a platform for applying and exercising academic learnt skills. It will educate students in many aspects of entrepreneurship emphasizing more on good business ethics, taking right business decisions.

Activities/ Tasks conducted during the current year:

Entrepreneurship club of the institute participated in the Chandigarh's Biggest Architectural Show of Interiors, Exteriors and Energy Efficient Products. Students shown their creativity and displayed their products.

Entrepreneurship Club of the institute organized Dress Designing Event. Attraction of the event was preparation of newspaper to dress. Event was highly productive for all students.

Event on Entrepreneurship skill, Attitude & Behaviour development was organized by Entrepreneurship Club of the institute. Expert shared their views for converting their ideas into business and discusses success mantra of entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship club of the institute organized event on “Process of Innovation Development and Technology readiness”. During this event students demonstrated their innovative ideas and projects. It was largely attended by all students of engineering and management.

Event on importance of Design Thinking and Creative Thinking & innovative ideas was organized by entrepreneurship club. Expert speaker of the session was Chief Scientist-CSIO, Dr. Satish Kumar. He explained the importance of design and creative thinking.
