1. Selected candidates will be paid CTC of Rs.1.4 lak p.a. (1.8 lak for Mumbai and Delhi) during training period. After successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed as Asst. Managers or Asst. Branch Managers.

2. They will be entitled for statutory benefits like PF, Bonus and
Gratuity as applicable.

      Online test, GD, PI & Final Interview (HR)
      During their Training period, they will be trained in related
      fields of Shriram like Operations/ Administration / Finance etc
